As a resident of the Spokane area for over 30 years, Gerald Hodgson Jr, Manager, Wise Structure Inspections LLC, understands the joys and challenges of owning a home here. From below-freezing winters to blistering-hot summers, and from corroded plumbing to displaced roof shingles, he has experienced many of the problems that weather and time have on a home, both inside and out. Gerald's father built several homes in the Spokane area, providing the opportunity for him to learn construction skills through direct hands-on experience, and leading him to serve as the owner-builder and general contractor for his own custom home in Mead, so he well understands what goes into having a quality home.

Passionate and enthusiastic about home inspecting, Gerald chose to be a home inspector in Spokane to share his knowledge and experience with his clients, and realizes the importance of what a quality home inspection can mean to the safety of you and your family. Trained by some of the best home inspector instructors in Washington state, Gerald received his home inspector training from Bellingham Technical College, is a licensed Washington State Home Inspector (#21016745), and is a Certified Professional Inspector® by InterNACHI® (#NACHI21082351), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
